Pairousel connects adults through video, voice, and text. These guidelines describe the platform rules, consent standards, and enforcement controls that apply to every account.
Be Respectful
- Treat everyone with kindness and courtesy.
- No harassment, bullying, or intimidation.
- No hate speech, slurs, or discrimination based on race, gender, sexuality, religion, or any other characteristic.
- Respect boundaries — if someone isn’t interested, move on.
Age Requirement
- You must be 18 or older to use Pairousel.
- Do not misrepresent your age.
Content Rules
- Match (random matching): Keep it clean. Nudity, sexually explicit conduct, and commercial sexual solicitation are prohibited during random matches.
- Connections and Lock-In sessions: Private or paid interaction features are still governed by Pairousel’s consent, verification, prohibited-content, reporting, moderation, and payout-hold rules.
- Adult-oriented private or creator features, if enabled, are limited to approved opt-in workflows for verified adults and are not available in default random matching.
- No sexual content involving minors under any circumstances. Zero tolerance.
- No non-consensual sexual content, coercion, trafficking, grooming, prostitution, escorting, or in-person sexual service solicitation.
- No illegal content of any kind.
Privacy & Consent
- Do not record, screenshot, or share someone’s video, audio, or messages without their consent.
- Pairousel does not provide built-in call recording, but may review user reports, submitted evidence, session metadata, and safety signals to enforce these guidelines.
- Pairousel may use automated systems, provider tools, and admin review to enforce content, age, identity, consent, fraud, and safety rules where applicable.
- Do not share another person’s personal information (doxxing).
- Respect the privacy settings of other users.
No Spam or Scams
- No solicitation, advertising, or promotional content.
- No phishing, scams, or impersonation.
- No bots or automated accounts.
No Illegal Activity
- No sharing of illegal content.
- No threats of violence or self-harm.
- No drug solicitation.
Reporting & Enforcement
- Use the report and block tools if someone violates these guidelines.
- Reports may be reviewed using relevant chat context and session metadata.
- Violations may result in warnings, temporary suspensions, or permanent bans.
- If your account is restricted, Pairousel may show you a notice and provide an appeal option.
- Severe violations (CSAM, threats) result in immediate permanent ban and may be reported to authorities.
