Business Model

• The initial paid pilot is planned as a U.S.-only, USD-only prepaid token model for optional paid creator interactions after provider approval.
• Launch token packages are 500 tokens for $5.00, 1,000 tokens for $10.00, and 2,000 tokens for $20.00, with 1 token equal to $0.01 for payout accounting.
• When creator monetization is enabled, Pairousel retains a 30% platform fee from each paid metered minute and creators receive 70% after the platform fee.
• Prices, fees, billing cadence, and cancellation terms are shown before users complete a purchase.
• Payment processing will be performed by the payment provider presented at checkout. Pairousel will not store full payment card numbers.

Creator Payout Approach

• Creator earnings accrue as pending balances after successful paid usage.
• Verified creator earnings are held for 7 days before becoming available.
• The launch payout minimum is 5,000 available creator tokens, equivalent to $50.00.
• Creators must complete identity, age, tax, payout, sanctions, and platform eligibility verification before receiving paid requests or released funds.
• The routine automatic chargeback reserve is 0% at launch, with account-specific payout holds or reserves available for elevated risk or provider requirements.
• Pairousel may delay, withhold, reverse, or reserve payouts connected to refunds, chargebacks, fraud, illegal activity, policy violations, or processor requirements.

Refunds and Chargebacks

Pairousel maintains a public Refund Policy covering duplicate charges, unauthorized charges, technical failures, completed digital services, subscriptions, chargeback records, and billing support contact details.

Content and Safety Controls

• Pairousel is intended for adults 18 and older.
• Random matching prohibits nudity, sexually explicit conduct, and commercial sexual solicitation.
• Private and paid interaction features are subject to consent, privacy, verification, prohibited-content, reporting, moderation, and payout-hold controls.
• Adult-oriented creator workflows, if enabled, require verified adult participants, provider-supported age and identity checks, consent and records workflows, moderation/review controls, complaint/takedown handling, and payout gating.
• Pairousel owns platform-rule enforcement and uses user reporting, automated moderation where applicable, provider tools, warnings, temporary restrictions, bans, payout holds, and appeal review.
• Illegal content, CSAM, trafficking, coercion, threats, harassment, fraud, impersonation, scams, non-consensual sharing, and in-person sexual service solicitation are prohibited.
