In-Session Controls

• End: Leave a live session whenever you feel uncomfortable.
• Block: Stop unwanted contact from another user where blocking controls are available.
• Report: Send a safety report for moderation review. Reports help Pairousel detect repeat abuse and enforcement patterns.

What to Report

• Harassment, threats, hate, intimidation, or attempts to pressure someone into unwanted behavior.
• Sexual content involving minors, suspected underage use, grooming, coercion, trafficking, or exploitation.
• Adult-oriented activity outside approved, verified, opt-in workflows where those workflows are enabled.
• Non-consensual recording or sharing of video, audio, messages, images, or private information.
• Scams, impersonation, extortion, payment fraud, spam, or attempts to move users into unsafe off-platform activity.
• Any behavior that violates the Community Guidelines.

What Happens After a Report

Random Match sessions may use limited, ephemeral image-frame safety analysis when disclosed and enabled. Connections and Locked In calls are not routinely analyzed for consensual adult content. Pairousel may review reports, relevant messages, account history, verification and eligibility signals, moderation signals, device or IP abuse patterns, and related context. Enforcement can include warnings, feature restrictions, temporary locks, permanent bans, or reports to providers or authorities where appropriate.

Appeals

Users may appeal moderation decisions at /appeal. The appeal form requires sign-in so the request can be tied to the correct account. If sign-in is unavailable, contact support@pairousel.com from the email connected to your account.

Urgent Safety Issues

Pairousel support is not an emergency service. If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first. For platform-specific reports, use in-app reporting or email support@pairousel.com.
