California Privacy Notice

Scope

This notice applies to California residents. It should be read together with the Privacy Policy, which describes Pairousel data collection, use, storage, retention, and processors in more detail.

California Privacy Rights

Depending on whether the California Consumer Privacy Act applies to Pairousel at the time of your request, California residents may have rights to know/access, delete, correct, opt out of sale or sharing, limit certain sensitive personal information uses, and be free from discrimination for exercising privacy rights.

Categories of Personal Information

Pairousel may collect the following categories for the purposes described in the Privacy Policy:

• Identifiers, such as account ID, email, sign-in provider IDs, device identifiers, and IP-derived regional data.
• Profile and user-provided information, such as display name, birthday for age gating, interests, languages, interface-language preference, location fields, photos, and profile text.
• Commercial, verification, and payment-related records if paid, creator, payout, or adult-oriented workflows are enabled, such as purchase, refund, chargeback, creator payout, identity, age, consent, compliance, and verification records.
• Internet or network activity, such as session, device, security, and abuse-prevention signals.
• Geolocation-related data when you choose to provide location information or use location features.
• Audio, visual, and electronic content you provide, such as uploaded photos, chat media, messages, and optional shared files.
• Inferences or moderation signals used for safety, matching quality, abuse prevention, and enforcement.

No Sale or Sharing for Advertising

Pairousel does not sell personal information and does not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. Pairousel also does not knowingly sell or share personal information of users under 16; Pairousel is intended only for adults 18 and older.

Sensitive Personal Information

Pairousel may process sensitive information where needed to provide requested features, secure accounts, perform age or identity checks, support consent and compliance records, process payments or payouts, prevent abuse, comply with law, or enforce policies. Pairousel does not use sensitive personal information to infer characteristics for third-party advertising.

How to Submit a Request

Email privacy@pairousel.com with your account email and request type. Pairousel may need to verify your identity before acting on access, deletion, correction, or portability requests. You may use an authorized agent where required by applicable law, but Pairousel may request proof of authorization.

Global Privacy Control

Because Pairousel does not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, a browser Global Privacy Control signal does not change sale/share behavior on Pairousel. Pairousel will continue to evaluate required privacy signals as product features and legal obligations change.
