AML Statement

This statement summarizes Pairousel’s current financial crime, fraud, sanctions, identity verification, and payout-control posture.

Current Payment Status

Pairousel can operate without paid features, creator payments, or creator payouts enabled. Paid features and payouts are controlled by feature flags and are available only after approved payment, payout, identity, age-assurance, and compliance providers are enabled.

Pairousel does not currently hold itself out as a bank, money transmitter, stored-value issuer, or money services business. Before enabling any feature that could require licensing, registration, or a formal AML program, Pairousel will review applicable requirements with counsel and providers.

Financial Crime Prohibitions

  • Money laundering, sanctions evasion, terrorist financing, fraud, stolen payment methods, and identity misuse are prohibited.
  • Users may not use Pairousel tokens, purchases, refunds, chargebacks, creator features, or payouts to transfer value for unlawful purposes.
  • Users may not sell, rent, broker, or transfer accounts or payment access.
  • Users may not use off-platform payment requests to evade Pairousel rules, provider rules, taxes, chargebacks, or safety controls.

Controls When Payments Are Enabled

  • Creator paid access and payouts may require identity, age, liveness, sanctions, tax, payout-account, consent, records, and platform eligibility verification before paid requests or funds are released.
  • Pairousel may use payment-provider screening, KYC vendors, age-assurance vendors, fraud controls, payout holds, reserves, refund windows, chargeback review, and manual review.
  • Pairousel may delay, withhold, reverse, or block payments or payouts connected to fraud, sanctions risk, illegal activity, policy violations, or provider requirements.
  • Transaction, payout, refund, chargeback, and compliance records may be retained as required by law, provider rules, or abuse-prevention obligations.

Reporting Suspicious Activity

To report suspected payment fraud, creator payout abuse, sanctions concerns, stolen payment methods, refund abuse, or financial exploitation, contact support@pairousel.com. Include the account email, username if known, transaction details if available, and a clear description of the concern.
