Pairousel is for adults 18 and older. Users must follow the Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
Pairousel matches adults for live video or text sessions based on available queue state and user-selected preferences such as filters, interests, and session mode. If both people want to keep talking, they can send or accept a connection request.
You can explore some parts of Pairousel quickly, but a registered account is needed for the full experience, including saved connections, profile management, and persistent chat.
Pairousel does not provide built-in call recording. Calls use WebRTC peer-to-peer transport whenever possible, while signaling, session metadata, reports, submitted evidence, and safety signals may be processed to establish calls and enforce platform rules.
Not by default. Random matching prohibits nudity, sexually explicit conduct, and commercial sexual solicitation. Adult-oriented creator workflows, if enabled, are limited to approved opt-in areas for verified adults and require payment, payout, age, identity, moderation, consent, records, and compliance controls.
Use in-app report, block, and end-session controls whenever available. If you cannot report in-app, contact support@pairousel.com with the account email, username if known, approximate time, and what happened. See the Safety Center for more detail.
Yes. The public appeal route is /appeal, but submitting through it currently requires you to be signed in so Pairousel can connect the appeal to the correct account. If you cannot sign in, contact support@pairousel.com from the email connected to your account.
Use the in-app account deletion flow in account settings. If you cannot access your account, email privacy@pairousel.com from the address associated with the account.
No. Pairousel does not sell personal data and does not share personal data for cross-context behavioral advertising. See the Privacy Policy and California Privacy Notice.
Paid features and creator payouts are controlled by feature flags and are available only after approved payment and payout providers are enabled. Current payment details are covered in the Merchant Review, Refund Policy, and Creator Terms.
